Casino NewsHorizon Display Hires Dave Colley, a Fifteen Year Veteran, to Lead the Large Touch Screen and Interactive Digital Signage Unit
Horizon Display hires Dave Colley to serve as Sr. Director of Sales within their Large Touch Screen and Interactive Digital Signage business unit. Colley brings fifteen years of expertise he earned while leading NEC and Samsung to the top of their respective industries. Lake Forest, CA (PRWEB) April 27, 2009 -- Horizon Display announced today that Dave Colley has joined the company as the Senior Director of Sales for the Large Format Display and Interactive Digital Signage business unit, based in Lake Forest, CA. The news comes on the heels of last week's announcement that the Horizon Display brand name had officially been launched. Colley has vast experience in taking growth divisions of Tier 1 OEMs and expanding their revenue to industry leading levels. Colley accomplished such feats at Samsung as Director of US Commercial Sales Samsung and Director of West Region Sales at NEC before that. Now he takes on the same challenge at Horizon Display. "Before joining the Horizon Display team I had to seriously evaluate their position in the market, and given what I saw in their success thus far, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Pair that with the demand we've forecasted for large format displays and adoption rates of interactive touch technology and I found there is a total available market that Horizon is primed to take considerable share of," remarked Mr. Colley. "The hiring of Dave aligns perfectly with our commitment to being the industry's source for informative and meaningful market analysis. In the coming months we will be periodically releasing the Horizon Display "IF" reports. IF, which stands for Insights & Forecasts, will include industry information like total available market (TAM), growth segments, technology adoption trends, pain and successes of industry leaders, and technical advice," said Kurt Johnson, CEO of Horizon Display. "There are now more talented people in the work pool than ever. We stay committed to our core values and we hire those who we feel align with those values. It's a philosophy that has worked well for us, and that's why we expect 2009 and 2010 to be years of unprecedented growth" added Matthew Cutone, Vice-President of Sales. ### Back to Casino Games News Back to April 2009 News |
