Wildfire, Inc., the industry leader in UV (aka ultraviolet or "black light") effects, fixtures and products, has hired Dallas Ford as the company's new Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager.

Torrance, Calif. (PRWEB) April 29, 2009 -- Wildfire, Inc., the industry leader in UV (aka ultraviolet or "black light") effects, fixtures and products, has hired Dallas Ford as the company's new Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager.

"We're delighted that Dallas has joined our team," says Wildfire president John Berardi. "He is both a people person and a project person and that's exactly what we need for our customers. He will do a stand-up job."

Ford has been in the lighting industry for 14 years. At Xenotech (now Strong), he was product manager for the now defunct Nocturn line of UV fixtures. He subsequently ran the inside sales & customer service department for Lighting Control & Design, Inc., which sells control systems for commercial lighting.

"My time in the commercial lighting industry taught me so much about the process of projects, from beginning to end," says Ford. "I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of customers from designers to installers, and assisting with every aspect of a project. It's very exciting to be here, working on great projects with great people."
